Update: With limited options in the surrounding area, we have no choice to use this location. The abrupt, often rude and patronising, attitude of the employees is horrible, even when posing simple questions. Multiple vets at the same location ignored warning signs of cancer in our dog, even when directly asked if it could be cancer. We stated we were willing to do whatever tests necessary, even if overkill. We paid for many tests and returned many times. Very kind and compassionate staff.
Our visit was great today. The new veterinarian, Dr. Sharon Adler, was very gentle, caring, friendly, and professional. I gave her five 5 stars because she was that good. I highly recommend her.
