I had Dr.DeMerchant 18 years...my experience was she was all about the money! My dog suffered awaiting calls back from her for 2 days before the July long weekend and so I had to rush him to the emergency animal hospital for his final resting place.😢I went to her even though she was expensive because when my dog was a puppy, I always wanted him to have the same vet for sick days or needles etc...or for the day he'd unfortunately pass so he wouldn't be scared being in a strange place and I'd feel comfortable mourning his los... read more
I lost a part of my heart when my chubby bubby passed and he went down hill fast and these caring vets stayed late to help. I was a mess. Thanks for being there it was appreciated.
I've never seen a more graceful team maintain their composure in the face of such a high pressure atmosphere. That place is off-the-hook busy, but it's because of how awesome they are. Super kind and hardworking ladies run that establishment like clockwork.
