Always a great experience here. I have a very anxious dog and they've been so great and understanding for every visit! The relax pack is fantastic for my nervous boy and even though he was a little reactive at his appointment Dr. Britt was so kind and helpful! Reception is warm and the vet techs are lovely!

This was my first time going to this animal hospital. I just got a rescue kitty that I was not expecting to get so my budget was limited and Dr. Sharon Adler was not only very compassionate and kind took her time, she also laid out price of everything for all of the shots worm medication etc, for me to see on the screen before she proceeded to do anything so I knew exactly what I would be paying. Multiple vets at the same location ignored warning signs of cancer in our dog, even when directly asked if it could be cancer. We stated we were willing to do whatever tests necessary, even if overkill. We paid for many tests and returned many times. We took our dog to the Emerg Vet for a second opinion and were told that there was "so much cancer it was inoperable." She had to be put down the next day. There are no words to describe how wonderful the Saint John Animal Hospital team have been for Maudie and myself. Marge, Nancy, Dr. Corey Britt and most especially Dr. Chantel DeMerchant. Appointments were timely, I received check up phone calls many times, I was listened to and supported. We recently said good bye to our furbaby and the experience was treated with total compassion and caring. I cannot thank them all enough.
