I dont trust anyone else with me car. Things are always explained clearly when I do need something additional repaired. Heather always tells me whether or not its an essential repair or not too. I dont feel like I'm being pressured into spending money I dont need to. Highly recommend her and Saint J Subaru to everyone!!
Oscar provides impeccable service. His explanations are thorough and detailed and understood by the average person. When my car is at Subaru, Oscar communicates in depth during my entire visit the status of my car, what it needs, and how much it’s going to cost. I would highly recommend to anyone that visits Saint J Subaru service department to work with Oscar.
My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about the service department at Saint J Subaru! They always complete maintenance and repairs in a highly timely manner. A special shout-out to Heather on the service side—she has been absolutely amazing and always answers all of our questions thoroughly. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!
