Cancelled my appointment without telling me I showed up and then couldn’t get alignment anywhere else before the weekend. Very disorganized service department
Big shout out to Anthony Blanchard for an excellent job in helping us purchase our new Subaru Forester. He was very helpful and patient in answering our many questions and explaining the features of our new car. He has gone over and above with follow up after the sale by reaching out to us by phone and answering any questions we may have after the sale. If I could give him ten stars on this review I would. Service team is great. I've dealt with several of the service reps. Not a bad thing to say about them or the mechanics.
The overall experience at St. J Subaru was excellent. The entire team was there to help, listen and make this buying experience stress free, they absolutely succeeded!
