I am happy to say Subaru stood behind my car and fixed the issue. The ladies at the service desk were also great and so understanding about my frustration.I have updated my review to 5 stars.

We had a positive interaction with the sales team (particularly Garrett and Mathew) at St. Johnsbury Subaru. Garrett was particularly patient with us as we tried several vehicles to find the right fit, and the right out-the-door pricing. They gave us a fair trade-in value for our truck, which was also important to us. We highly recommend the sales department at St. J. Subaru.
