I’ve been a loyal Subaru customer for over years, but my recent experience with St. J Subaru was incredibly disappointing. I purchased a used truck that was described as being in “great shape” and covered under a 3-month warranty. Within a week, the truck wouldn’t start. The original battery—nearly 5 years old—had to be replaced at my expense. Got what I needed in a pinch, Anthony and Sylvia were great to work with.
I had a very honest dealing with them on the purchase of my new '24 WRX. It was an order and Dan M. kept me informed of the status of the car and worked hard to ensure I got a great deal on financing once it arrived. They ordered exactly what I asked for and didn't press me on dealership addons. In the end I got exactly the car I designed for less than budgeted and I really appreciate it. We definitely consider this our go-to Subaru dealer now and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
Only had questions to ask and was treated rudely. Do not recommend.
