Horrible! I went to an Intermountain Health family doctor this morning (who was great). I was prescribed a specific type of MRI based on her discussion with me and physical exam. After my doctor sent my referral I called St George Radiology to schedule and the scheduler was so nasty!! She immediately said in a scolding manner that they would not schedule me due to a wrong "diagnosis" even though I have no diagnosis whatsoever. I told her I'm cash pay. She was SO nasty and wouldn't listen to me trying to ask her WHY she would... read more
HORRIBLE!!! I wish there were other options docs would refer to. Never called to schedule my daughters MRI. I had to continually contact them. Then they never gave us images I had to make arrangements for this. Then over a year later they sent me to collections over a payment I NEVER received!!! They sent it to an address I lived at over 5 years ago!!! I even met with the intake person and filled out all my information correctly! I have never ever recieved a bill from this company. All the sudden I'm getting collection calls for less than $35.00. I have no idea if I even used this company. Have no memory or knowledge of this company at all! No record for or from this place. Didnt know anything until I started getting collection calls from MLC. I paid the collection off and AFTER it got posted to my report as "Consumer disputes this charge" and shows as closed, not that I paid it!
This business is NOT recommended! Buyer beware of their billing procedures and practices. A very distressing experience with them.
