Tell you they have walkins then you get there 5 minutes later and they have no clue what your talking about
Called in mid May to schedule a (CBT) therapy appointment. Showed up early, filled out all the paprwoek. At no point was I informed they were running late. 36 minutes past my scheduled appointment time they finally call me back. They have me sit in a lab chair (like to get blood drawn) and at this point I know something isn't right. Turns out they don't have a therapist! She left a month ago.
