This place is so crooked that it hires case managers that are meth heads!!They have a case manager there that does meth and I know this cause I got it for them ...I'm glad this place is closing!!!! Worse place I've even encountered with rude staff & their idea of taking care of our children with the $ they get paid is UNACCEPTABLE. THESE KIDS are put in mental depression drugged and bounced around like a stray animal. Their proud of it too. From the courts to St Francis they all stick 2gether. They told me hire a attorney when I've not been granted visitations nor can I have my grandson. When my home is 100% better than anything they offer. Why would I .
