i have a appointment on may 8th new patient i’m thrilled after reading reviews i hope my experience is great and they did confirm that i should arrive at 8:45 do being being 15 minutes ahead which i have no problem i’m 5 minutes away from office i can’t wait to see my new obgyn i’m 13 weeks 5days i have hyper emesis i hope he has great experience with dealing with a me kinda patient always throwing up ughhh

This office has poor communication and terrible customer service. I had a appointment for 9am and called them once I arrived to let them know I was a having trouble finding the building since it wasn’t in any emails they sent out or really any good directions in the parking lot, the receptionist that I spoke to was very kind and directed me but once I had gotten in the office itself at 9:20am another one women decided to tell the receptionist that doctor could no longer take me because he was leaving at 11am.
