Staff, nurses and doctor was very kind!
This office has been ANYTHING but helpful!! The last two times that I needed a simple prescription refill, it has been a nightmare. NO CONTACT AND NO RESPONSE from the office. Last time, I used the patient portal and sent a couple of messages. I also called and left a couple of messages. I finally had to go down to the office in person. Today, was more of the same.
