This location has undergone significant changes in recent years. I had a positive experience when I welcomed my first child here, but currently, reaching someone by phone has become quite challenging, regardless of the time I call. Additionally, the wait times for appointments have become excessive; arriving half an hour early or on time does not seem to make a difference, as delays often exceed an hour. I sincerely hope that management will address these issues and enhance their level of professionalism.

Vernon office told me I had to go into the office to get my birth control refilled. Went to the Hartford location and the doctor told me I didn't have to come in for that, so both our time was wasted and I had unnecessary exposure to COVID. I had asked for a telehealth call and was told no. Big thumbs down. Im finding a new doctor so I dont have to deal with this nonsense.
