Today while visiting the St Francis location for MFM I was not greeted when I arrived. However I was scolded about being late, my name was not asked and the receptionist was not friendly at all. I know for a fact that there is a grace period which is 15 minutes. When patients come in they should be greeted no matter what. The women that was working there today on 7/29/25 as receptionist was very rude, this is my second time coming to this location and I would rather take the ride to Newark Abbey Medical Center if this is how... read more
