There is a staff member, Nick Ervin, part of their palliative care group, who visits the rooms of elderly patients and tells them they should refuse care and allow themselves to die. Then he calls relatives and says the same thing. I can't believe a hospital allows such to occur!

My brother is stage 4 cancer they have been great working with him and yes there are some very young trainees but they have to start out somewhere in order to get experience under their belts. Our family is very thankful for the professionalized help with our driving into St. Louis

This is the first time I have ever been here and the nurse and Dr I had was unbelievably nice and accommodating to my hearing loss.

This is for the emergency room: They have unexperienced young people fresh out of school. You don't see a doctor. You only see a nurse practitioners and they are inexperienced. The past 2 times I took my husband that has cancer and was coughing up blood they said everything was fine. We went elsewhere for scans and he had double pneumonia. Now he's in pain a coughing up blood and very weak but refuses to go to er because of the way they treated and misdiagnosed him. Saint Francis used to be a good hospital.
