Updated Hospital Review for Saint Francis Medical Center, Cape Girardeau, Missouri My mother was recently a patient at Saint Francis following hip surgery. We are grateful for the medical care she received, particularly from Dr. Batco, who was amazing. He came in on his day off to perform her surgery, and we truly appreciate his dedication and skill. We are sitting in the ED now. We have been here for over 4 hours and have not been seen or talked to by anyone other than the nurse that put us in a room. We finally got an x-ray a few minutes ago.. but still no one checking in.. there are barely any patients here. Its been very quiet. Its almost 6 am. Not sure why the holdup.. but this is crazy
Never again! Waited over 3 hours just to get told my xray wasn't approved.
One of the worst hospitals ERS I ever been at doctors and nurses okay. They need to replace whoever's in charge of the ER
