This must be the most unresponsive office imaginable. Referral faxed from doctor's office almost a month ago. After receiving no contact I called over a week ago and was told they attempted to contact me 4 times on my landline and cell but was unable to leave a message. This was a blatant lie as my cell is with me at all times and voice-mail is always clean. I was transferred to leave a message for a call back.
