We saw Chelsea on Sunday and she was outstanding. She listened, asked questions and was thorough. My significant other had a situation after his shoulder surgery that was a bit unnerving and Chelsea handled it professionally, thoroughly and with urgency. So appreciative of Chelsea’s bedside manners and support. It’s experiences like this that make one want to return if/when needed.
I sat there for over two hours in pain just to be told I had something that I most definitely didn’t have and then got the report back that confirmed that I didn’t have what I was told I had. I felt dismissed and rushed when I finally did see the “provider” so needless to say my family and I will not use this clinic again.
Waited nearly an hour only to be told that they couldn't do all the tests I needed! Frightful waste of my time!
