We typically have a great experience here (both sides-doc and urgent care), however, my daughter’s experience today was awful! She’s a collegiate athlete and needed a standard sports physical. She’s in excellent health, yet the NP was attempting to diagnose her with multiple conditions and almost refused to sign off on her physical form without an official doctor’s visit with her primary care doctor. I was seen by Teresa for a temporal nerve issue. I first thought it was something moving under my skin. It turns out there is a peripheral nerve there that fits the exact pattern of that area that I described to her. The nerve endings were firing slightly due to TMJ hitting the nerve. The zero star review is due to her declining to treat at all, when asked why she said, and I quote "Because frankly, I just don't believe you." This is abominable care by any medical provider.
A good solid clinic. My doctor is also here on the other side.
