I have been waiting for a return phone call after leaving several messages and being reassured that I would hear back from the office manager. I have been waiting since May 25 2023.
St. Elizabeth’s of campbellford has provided such wonderful care for my father in law. As his main care giver they always pick up any slack and have described all they can do in a day. If I’m not home our PSW makes sure he’s well taken care of in all aspects of home life and goes above and beyond to make sure I am aware of anything I should be bringing up to his doctors. Keep up the amazing work!
If I could give this company less than one star, I would. They are reliably unreliable, and the care that is given is sub-par. As a PSW myself (out of area), I’m quite disappointed with this company. I would suggest finding another care provider if you’re in the Campbellford area. **As a reminder to the staff, you should treat your patients as you would want your loved ones treated. This is completely unacceptable.**
