The St Clares EMS is a scam. I collapsed at my cardiologist's office due to hypotension. A St. Clare's ALS ambulance was dispatched but I was actually transported by Parsippany EMS. St. Clare's followed behind and now claims their paramedic was onboard the Parsippany ambulance during transport. Five months later I received a $10,000 bill. *WORST EMTs I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. BAD TO THE POINT OF DANGEROUS AND UNETHICAL* The 2 EMTs that arrived from this agency (after we called 911 for my mother who was in severe pain) were unbelievably awful. One barked and tried to intimidate my mother into walking down our stairs when we clearly explained she could not, and was in a wheelchair when he arrived. Aside from 1 nurse named Lela, the people here are sick.. and I’m not talking about the patients. The nurses, specifically the night shifts.. need their own line of treatment and meds. What kind of sick people denies bathroom rights to patients.. They made my mother hold it for hours cause they want yap and gossip at their workstations. They will aggressive dress and undress you knocking your glasses off your face.. This place needs to remove the word “Saint” from their name.
