Dr Tiernan is a good army dr and he is knowledgeable. He listens and discusses what are your health concerns and offers good advice and treatment that are beneficial to do daily for prevention. He knows what treatment to prescribe if need be but a lot of the times its daily changes he encourages his patients. I like him and I've been his patient for years...can't say that with others as they all leave.

Just a mean and terrible doctor. No heart or bedside manner. All of his legal issues have made him paranoid and nasty. It's amazing this place is still open and that his medical license hasn't been revoked. When you notice your doctor needs a doctor or shrink of his own, it's time to find a new doctor. And this guy needs a shrink. I feel bad for the people that work for him. They are all really nice just stressed out from working for a lunatic.
