I was trying to get into facilities for breast diagnostic ultrasound and mammogram. Mena and Erica were very helpful, especially Mena. She went above and beyond booking my appointment and following up with me. Although I didn't use the facility because an opening became available where I normally go, The Breast Center was very accommodating, professional and caring. I felt bad canceling due to the fact that they were so compassionate and helpful.
Terrible the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get a mammogram. Nobody knew what they were doing. Waited over an hour and then left. I will never go back there again. Don’t waste your time. It’s a waste of time.
I have been going to the Breast Center for years for my mammograms and never had a bad experience, but I have to say they get better each year I go. Barely any wait time, the technician and front desk person were so incredibly nice and I got my results back before I even got home.
The front desk people are awful to deal with. Kelly the nurse from CCU is extremely rude. Overall I would never ever ever allow my family to go there. The need new management n administration. Awful.
I've been coming here since 2022 for mammogram, MRI's, breast ultrasounds, diagnostic tests, screenings, etc. and never had a bad experience. They saved my life. No one has ever been rude and there's never been clerical or billing issues.
