I, unfortunately, have been to some bad hospitals in Chicago. This is definitely one of them. As a patient, I understand the wait times are long. It's like that at most places. They told my boyfriend and I that their system crashed. We waited even longer. The staff is rude and seem like they care more about socializing than working. Couldn't get a clear diagnosis.
