I would like to give a -5 star review for the way we were treated at SAH. In all of My many visits to an ED, this was by far the worst. The nurse at the initial assessment in the waiting area was acting as though we were a burden, we were put in a room and an RN not even assigned to the room came in, never identified herself or even said hello, took a nose swab. Still no RN and now a radiology tech came in to get her chest xray. We were never even told a plan but kept being made to feel like we should somehow know the plan o... read more
