Dr Joyce is very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to helping anyone with their spine condition, however, I am uncertain about the rest of the staff there. I am scheduled for spine fusion on February 3rd and they still have not sent a pre-authorization request to my insurance company. I will change this review pending a change in the direction of this procedure
