Great experience and very helpful
If I could give no stars I would. I was referred to this place by my primary doctor. Took 4 weeks for them to even call me and set up an appointment that was out a month. I get a call reminder 4 days before the appointment tell them I'm going to be there. Then the day of the appointment 2 hours before it. I get a call telling me they needed to reschedule because they hadn't contacted my insurance to be paid.So they rescheduled me for over a month from the day I was supposed to go in. I was referred for an in-home sleep study; followup was timely and the tech (nurse?) explained the equipment well. That's the end of the good news. The equipment continually flashed lights indicating disconnected contacts, off and on *all night*. I had to reconnect the buckles that connect everything else to the battery and memory card at least twice. Same with the connection for the cannula measuring breathing from mouth and nose. But the O2 meter? THAT thing disconnected or loosened enough to throw an error at least a half... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Holweger since 2019 and he is absolutely fantastic. I've never had any complaints about the staff, they are always friendly and helpful.
Receptionist, assistant and the doctor were friendly & courteous. I had a nice visit.
