My therapist was great, very friendly person. -My appointments were scheduled for 7am, first patient of the day. I did not get call back until 10 after, when they scheduled my appointments they tell you to there 10-15 minutes earlier and was still charged for those 10 minutes that I waited in the waitingroom. I didn't see the therapist until 7:10. The manager of the therapist department was unwilling to talk to me, I have tried to talk to them, email them. I get no response this is a terrible Company. This place is awesome!! The entire team is great! Taylor and her sidekick 《Phil》 are the best. If it wasn't for them I would be lost. Thanks for your patience and kindness during my difficult time. You both ROCK!!
I spent a few weeks there as an inpatient. The nurses, techs, doctors, and physical therapists were amazing! Overall, it seemed to be a well run organization.
