Last night I brought my mom to emergency room she wasn’t feeling good at all still she had to wait 4 hours there, and she has lots of pain on her hand they didn't take the blood properly.
Took my boyfriend in early this morning for severe elbow and arm pain. He explain all his symptoms and Told them it had been going on for nearly a month now and they instantly told him it was tennis elbow and that he just needed rest and to ice it. They never actually checked out his arm. Just immediately said “i know exactly what you have that’s tennis elbow. Just Ice it, rest it and take Tylenol.” They offered pain meds but the last time we got offered pain meds they gave him hydros without his consent so we refused this t... read more
If we could give them negative I would my friend went in there with kidneys hurting they wouldn't give him water or even any pain meds and said there was nothing wrong and sent him home we are now taking him to St Luke's and we will see what's really going on I'll give an update so then they know how a real hospital works
This is not a review for the entire emergency Department. Being a Boise native I've been to this emergency room several times. And normally they do a phenomenal job. This review is for a nurse named Hope. She was nice at first. Until I revealed the fact that earlier in my life I'd been addicted to drugs. I instantly saw the look on her face change to a scowl and could almost feel her judging me. Our interactions went from Pleasant to curt, borderline rude.
