I came here and I had a problem with my heart. The girl at the office took so long to even get me in the system and made me repeat myself 5 times. She was super slow and not good. Time- 3:05am- Date- 07/21/25

WARNING, this is long...I had an ABYSMAL visit to this poor excuse of an ED. I had not slept in 3 or 4 nights, which of course caused altered mental status. The physician automatically ASSUMED that I had taken illicit drugs. I do not take illicit drugs. This "doctor" got in my face and literally yelled at me, indicating that he "might" come back to check on me ONLY if I "confessed what I had taken." I was seen here for a kidney stone and was treated with an extremely delayed response of around 20 minutes. I was in agonizing pain on the floor on my knees in the ER lobby until seen and waited another 20 to 30 minutes until I was given paid medication that did not solve my pain. Now I was just tired with no ease of pain. The staff treated other patients with minor things like a cough or a small cold, even with patients stating it is "very minor, haha." My experience at Saint Al’s Emergency Room was absolutely horrific and deeply disappointing. I arrived with a swollen face, numbness and tingling down my left side, chest pain, and generally in terrible shape—symptoms that could easily signal a serious medical emergency.
