Zero stars to the front dest. Called trying to get ahold of my fiancé care team called neurology on accident thinking it was the number to the care team. The lady who answered was unkind and didn’t seem to like her job. Her tone was sassy and acted like I should have know who I was calling. For reference they have one number that’s different in their phone number, it’s a 1 and 2 in the same spot. Just thankful when I did get ahold of the right office they were kind and helpful.
They declined my referall because they said I needed a PCP to refer it, not the ER doctor I guess. When I've been suffering more than 10 years for these problems but them making you jump through more hoops is ridiculous, and pretty much sums how much our Healthcare sucks
I have been to a few different neurologist since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Dr. Simmons is the best yet!! He is very understanding and compassionate.
I love Marian Marsh and the rest of the staff there! Everyone is always so nice!
