The check-in staff was not personable. But Dr Block was great, and check-out staff was friendly and helpful.
I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my experience today left me frustrated and hurt. The staff was unprofessional, cold, and completely lacking empathy. It felt like they didn’t care about me—or my health—at all. I even met another patient facing the same issues, and while they were kind, the neurology staff still treated the situation like it didn’t matter. They really deserve 0 stars. Needing to see a neurologist here soon within the next week or two. Lady said had none available in those options and then goes on and offers me an appointment for December 10th. WHERE DOES THAT HELP ME, ITS STATED IN THE ORDERS TO BE DONE ASAP AND THERES NO CARE FROM ANYONE HERE.
