I just attempted to schedule a consult for ongoing concerns, and the front desk answered the phone as if I was calling their personal home. It was extremely unprofessional. I explained that I’ve been having persistent breast concerns and needed further guidance, yet I was told, “We don’t have providers that see patients unless they have concerns.” That made it very clear she wasn’t listening at all, because I had already stated I needed a new patient appointment because I was having concerns. Great staff
In the past years my normal yearly mammogram was thorough. This last one was rushed! From what I was told, they cannot handle the load of new growth. I was left feeling like my exam was not thorough.
