I have been going here for a long time, they're great! Dr.Lyness and his assistant are wonderful! I always feel welcomed, heard, and well taken care of.
I wish I would have read the reviews. They are coding to make money and don’t care about your care. I saw a provider there. She was ok. She felt like I needed an MRI, which I knew and it had been denied from a previous provider. She felt that she could provide good documentation. It was denied again. I got a bill from a 3rd party and she billed for the highest level when I wasn’t severe. Then charged an additional 15 minutes and it was stated that I was established when I wasn’t even there/present. I only had one appt. The b... read more
Literally the most incompetent staff. From the lady at the front desk to the PA to the surgeon. Abhorrent!
Scam artists!
Dr. Lavie and Dr. Choutka are awesome. I don't care too much what the rest of the staff are like because the most important thing to me is how skilled the person is that's going into my brain. These doctors are very caring, knowledgeable, and talented. I trust them enough to let them place a stent in my brain. Dr. lavie calls me personally to answer questions and explain things. That means a lot to me.
