First off, the nursing staff should be applauded for their excellent care. I went to the emergency room to get care for extreme stomach flu. The attending Dr. Decided to put in report I was seen for heart condition even though I was never treated for that. I V liquids and nausea medication with pain meds because my stomach, back, shoulders, arms, neck and head pain from the flu and throwing up for 2 1/2 days. Terrible. Dr's and nurses don't listen and make it seem like you're lying. I have been sick for 3 weeks and they didnt do a single thing for me. Also Sarah who works in the ER late night needs to be checked she has an attitude problem!
Negative stars! The worst service we have EVER encountered by far! We took our 14 year old son in with a fever of 103. Who had already been diagnosed by another ER the night before with influenza B. We even had the paperwork to show. But our experience with this place starts with the lady with a face tattoo and crazy contacts in her eyes at check in.
