I was recently there I had my gallbladder removed and hands down to my nurse Alyssa from 5th floor she made sure I was comfortable and went over and beyond!!! Walked through everything and made sure I understood all that was happening!!!! However she did show me a few websites to search and look at so I wasn’t board out of my mind lol!!!! First floor heart center St Al’s hospital on Garrity in Nampa. The nursing staff was so amazing, kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. They went the extra mile always. Each day they worked to help you with any issues & concerns. What an amazing staff; they even treated each other like family! Bronwyn & Peggy always gave 200%! Checking my needs, trying to find & make outpatient connections! These ladies are heroes!!! ER Dr. Brown was really great with me. We’re struggling a bit to find out exactly what the issues are but he definitely cares and puts the effort in. His nurse has been phenomenal as well. Super kind. I forgot her name, but she has flowers tattooed on one arm and it’s 3-22-25.
Front desk receptionist who answered the phone (march 16th @ 4:28 pm) was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked if my blood pressure was concerning enough to go in to ER, she said there's no triage nurse and she can't give advice. That's fine, but when she processed to say I can also go to urgent care, I asked what the difference was. She was very rude still giving the same answer "Again I can't give advice".
