Terrible terrible experience. I had a terrible migraine. I get migraines so bad that I lose my vision and my speech. My hands go numb and my speech. I had to call the ambulance to come get me because it was so severe. I waited a 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen after the ambulance dropped me off. I asked the nurse twice as I could barely speak if they were able to help me yet as I was in extreme pain. She basically told me to shut up and I needed to wait. So I left after waiting that long. Had 2 excellent birth experiences here. The staff has always been kind, attentive, and flexible. Many of the nurses here have years of experience, and it shows. My wife has always felt cared for and respected, and well attended. Also, I know that hospital food doesn’t have the best reputation, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised! The “celebration meal” we got to enjoy in the post-partum room was quite good and such a special moment after baby arrived. Thank you St. Al’s staff!
