Closed the urgent care down, switched the way they let doctors doctor their patients, and push for refusals to their other officiated offices for more $$. Time per patient is limited, and they push referrals on you and won’t listen to your concerns. My 4 kids were patients here till they switched up their regulations and their care declined rapidly. I have been coming to the Kuna clinic for 2 years for my annual wellness exams. 2 years ago I "established care" with a provider, which required a separate appt from my wellness. Fair. The next year I come back and my old provider has left but they have a "floating provider" who can help me. I wasn't told I needed to re-establish care with this floater, and was able to do my wellness exam. Very unprofessional. We had an appointment & there was nobody there. Next day said provider had a family emergency BUT we were Never contacted or Aware of this Next day came to appointment & they had no record of labs ordered or an appointment for my sister Another not working employee was in the waiting room & VERY Rude & in out business.
Clinic is closed. The doctor would randomly stop my medication that cannot be stopped cold turkey instead of telling me I needed an appointment. They also consistently diminished that I was having issues. They seemed to want to just placate vs figure it out. When they changed my doc they wanted me to start everything over despite having the records. They also often didnt fax refills to the pharmacy needing the pharmacy to contact them. Two stars because Dr Parkinson was great for my kids.
