My husband needed a simple appointment in order for the dr to inform a sleep study clinic that he needs a sleep study. We didn’t know he needed a dr’s note in order to get that so we went here. He made an appointment to see Dr Danae Perkins. The nurse came in and asked all the basic questions and informed us that Perkins would be in shortly. 30 minutes later, Perkins’ student came in and asked all the same questions (some multiple times) and then she left.
