My experiences have all been very positive. The receptionists are friendly and organized and the nurses have always been pleasant and thorough. Trent Hart listens to my questions and concerns and answers them. I feel he genuinely cares about my health and I have never felt rushed during my visits like some doctors I have seen.
It qas pretty easy to get an appointment, check in was fast, nice receptionists and nurse. My doctor was nice, he answered all my questions in a professional way.
Nothing but good things to say. Everyone from receptionist to NP treated me like family. Not the rude uncle but caring grandma.
