My sister was admitted into the 12th Avenue St. Al's on Thursday November 12th with Acute Pancreatitis (diagnosed later at St. Al's near Garrity Blvd). When I arrived she was alone in the room in agonizing pain. As I approached the nurses desk, the four nurses did not acknowledge me until I spoke up (this happened every time I approached them). First, I want to apologize for this long review. I am always doing reviews to give credit where credit is due. Most people never get to hear the positive but only the negative. I'm sorry to say that this review is not good. I brought my husband in with acute pain. They don't triage until you are taken back to a room. They were busy so I knew there would be a wait and is understandable. After a while, my husband decided to use restroom and they wanted a urine sample. He was in restroom for at least 25 minutes.
