Very slow service
I had a colonoscopy (Patty and Avrie) my nurses were awesome! I also had an Echocardiogram and Scott my technician was the very best as well! Love this hospital!!!
Do not go to the emergency room here. They will treat you like an idiot and sending you home. I have serve back pain. I told them the pain was by my previous back surgery. They gave me pain killers and a muscle relaxer and after a Xray sent me home. They told me I should see a spine specialist without offering a MRI first. I felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as soon as I have them my health insurance card. I've fallen 3 times since coming home and have numbness in my knee that makes me unstable.
Shout out to Margarita in the ENT office. She went above and beyond in helping me get an appointment ASAP. Thanks a million! Thanks also to Jesus and the Doc for taking care of me and making me feel welcomed.
We were traveling through when my husband began feeling unwell. Luckily, Saint Alphonsus was at the very next exit. We got to the ER about 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday, were taken right back, and treated immediately. The nurses and ER doctors were fantastic. Very caring, very friendly, and very thorough.
