A 45 minute ultrasound took over 2 hours. When taking my blood pressure the tech ripped off the cuff quickly, acted shocked and said “oh that’s way too high!” Then took it again and said the same thing. During the ultrasound the tech said my placenta was covering my cervix and that would result in a c section. I took my wife to her appointment along with our 4 and 2 year old children. They would not let us go with my wife because they have a policy that only 1 adult and 1 child may accompany the patient for ultrasounds. My wife and I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. No one told us about this policy at the time of the appointment, nor any time before the appointment. I have been seen at both the Boise location and the Nampa location. While I haven’t had terrible experiences at either office, I have some frustrations. I’ve been called several times to reschedule my appts. While I understand needing to reschedule every so often, 3 times is a bit excessive. I have a kiddo in preschool and speech therapy and an 18 month old with a nap schedule. It’s not super easy to just reschedule. My second frustration is their guest policy. I have two young kids.
