The Nurses and Doctors were great! They made sure I was always attended to.They were all friendly and made my stay very comfortable.If I could give more than 5 stars for their Staff I would.Thank you all so much.
Most difficult time getting anyone to call me back, my prescription. The customer service is the worst rude employees. The pharmacy sent 2 requests. Now, I am out of medication for 2 weeks I spoke to staff this morning and waiting on a call back for 3 hrs. I will be changing care providers after this. I recomend you stay away from this clinic. The only thing they have offered me is inconvienence and stress.
Horrible service from staff, thank goodness the Drs there at least know how to handle people. Our pharmacy has called 5 times with trying to get his meds refilled. Today he has spent over 30 minutes on hold 3 different times, first round he was hung up. Now he currently is on the phone with them & they are calling the pharmacy liars, which we know they are not. I am disappointed that even though I showed up half an hour early I waited for more than half and hour in the patient room waiting for my doctor to see me!! That is unacceptable!! I planned accordingly.
