She was pleasant and thorough. My visit with Amanda Sweetland PA. Was good. Explained what was going on inside my ear and why it is plugged. She told me what to do for it and said if it persists to come back. I have no complaints with her or the staff.
I went to this place for months upon months. I only got worse. I finally told my primary doctor to refer me to someone else. Thank God I did! I may have to have surgery now because I was given the wrong diagnosis at this place and my ear has only gotten worse. I'd be mindful of coming here.
Took my 89 year old mother to see Dr, Reilley about her sinuses, inflammation, and breathing difficulties. Never, before have we felt so unwelcomed and treated as if we were wasting this lady's time. She would ask us questions, interrupt us while thinking to answer them, followed with an explanation as to why our issues had nothing to do with her specialty. Went in as a new patient after months of issues, expecting questions to be asked or full evaluation to be given. Instead the provider (Amanda) walked in, gave numbing spray for which she didn't give time to do it's job before shoving the camera down my nose. Never asked my main issues or what was going on before excusing my niece to the hall to tell me "it's not that it's in your head but you need therapy" and gave me a diagnosis. For being a specialist they don't know anything. Gave me the wrong diagnosis, tried to force me into allergy testing AFTER I said NO MULTIPLE TIMES. They tried to say I had a cat allergy which was causing ear eczema, but I've had cats all my life and eczema is not caused by an allergy. Never been a problem until now. And for a specialist, it took 20 minutes for everything. Walking in, "paperwork", vitals and being seen. The doctor was rude. Their paperwork was a joke.
