Seeking care here was a massive waste of time and money. Sarah is clearly more interested in following a rigid, basic protocol than actually practicing medicine. She ignored my physical symptoms because they didn't fit her narrow interpretation of my lab results. Her “care plan” was dismissive and financially draining. It is alarming to see a provider who lacks the expertise to treat a patient as a human being rather than a data point. I will be taking the clinic’s own advice and finding a competent provider elsewhere.
