Its gotten worse over the last 5 years, we have taken all four of our children to this pediatric facility but would not recommend it moving forward. First , very Unfriendly front desk staff. Second why on earth do you have a pediatric facility mixed with urgent care?! Youre bringing NEW BORN babies around potentially very sick people in the same room! From the time I check in. The nurse comes and gets me until Dr. Harrold sees me is always positive. Very professional,informative and caring.
Dr. M Carbonella, M.D., is AWESOME! It was my 1st visit with her, and she spent almost an hour discussing my history, my current symptoms, and my health goals. She figured out what is wrong with me, and called in a prescription for me within minutes of me leaving. I am so happy to have found a doctor that is attentive, interested, invested and so smart!
