I accompanied my girlfriend to an appointment and had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Nicholas Kroll. His behavior during the visit was unprofessional — he came across as careless and made several sarcastic remarks that were entirely inappropriate in a medical setting. Due to the seriousness of our concerns, we will be reaching out to the Idaho Board of Medicine and other appropriate channels to request a formal review of his conduct.

Everyone was rude. The doctor didn’t even explain fully what my follow up steps were or my diagnosis. I had to ask for a bandage while bleeding all over.

Got charged over $1200.00 for not even being in the ER for more then two hours. And after receiving no help what so ever. I was told there was no record on file to prove what I told them was happening to me. No surprise there tho they have already screwed me royaly in the past by not managing there paper work right. With a smile on his face the doc says but its ok theres nothing on file. No its really not, not one bit alright. You people should be ashamed of urselfs.

Muy mal ! Más de tres horas en emergencias nesesitaban Poner un suero me picaron más de 6 veces aún diciendo que nesesito la máquina para encontrar la vena solo decían que no servía ! Las chicas de rayos x muy amables ! Pero deberías trabajar muy lento la recepcionista ya una señora mayor realmente no tiene empatía
