I've been there enough that I'd like to rate several doctors in this post, including former doctors that I feel have caused me considerable grief. 1. Former doctor Shauna Williams = 5 stars 2. Former doctor Johnny Green= 1 star Almost did a completely unnecessary procedure on me because he wasn't listening to me. He didn't explain things well; I was left to figure out a lot through other providers. He MISREAD my chart so I ended up going OUT OF STATE for care!! 3. Watch out for Melissa West. She'll slip in extra charges for procedures unbeknownst to you. Don't be fooled when a regular office visit that's covered under insurance turns into a $531.24 visit instead of just your co-pay for some mysterious reason, because no one bothered to tell you anything. Evidently transparency isn't a requirement in the medical industry. Dr. Dinallo performed a successful colonectomy on my mother December 2023. She was in very poor condition and a high risk for surgery. Dr. Dinallo explained to my mom the things she needed to do to get ready for surgery. She followed all of his instructions, met with various other doctors to get clearance for her surgery. She was determined!! Dinallo was able to rid my mom of colon cancer and saved her life.. We will forever be grateful to him and his team.
