I hesitated to go to this lab because of the negative reviews, but—wow—I was amazed at how well they do their job. I had taken my daughter to three different labs and they hadn't managed to draw her blood; then I came here, and it was incredibly quick. The young woman who attended to my daughter was very kind and efficient. I am very grateful; thank you so much. I highly recommend them.
This place is super slow you can barely here your name being called terrible..
Facility is not open for walk-ins after 11:30 am on Saturday mornings. Website information is incorrect.
The receptionists are often unfriendly, very rude and uncaring. Customers are paying for quality service. We deserve better.
I wanted to write a review just to make sure people know that this place stops doing labs at 1 PM on Saturdays. Their website does not state this and neither does the door. Both of those sources say that they’re open until 4 PM. I called twice before I left my house which is about a 20 minute drive, but no one answered,. and arrived around 2:30 PM.
