Went yesterday without an appointment. First, someone took my name. I told him my name is "Meet," but he wrote it as "Meedeep." How did that happen? That felt racist. Train yourstaff first about basic literacy lol. Then they gave me an appointment for 3:30, but it took them an extra 20 minutes to call me. I told my barber that my name is Meet, not Mandeep.
