I worked at this place there is no proper product strategy and road map, not recommended for an IT/Management background professional. I have seen a lot of my friends leave this place. After working in other companies, I have realized that this is a bad workplace, hope the way things are managed here are changed.
I have worked for Saince for almost 2 years, and I really love my job. Everyone I work with is very nice. Supervisor is very nice, understanding, and always helps out when needed. I have never had a problem getting time off when I need it. I have never worked for a place like this, easily my favorite job, and that's saying a lot as I have been in transcription for almost 25 years! They always pay on time and as promised.
I would highly recommend Saince. I've worked here for over a year and a half and it is the best transcription company that I have worked for. Management cares about our comfortability with our schedules and actively helps when volumes are high. I have never had an issue with needing to take personal time because everyone works as a team! We are recognized for our hard work and time put into the company, which is something I have not had from another transcription employer.
I have worked for Saince for over 5 years. I love my job. Very accommodating with needing time off and putting family first. Direct supervisor always pitches in when we are behind and love that she can do my job, so she understands the daily requirements of what I do. Great place to work and would highly recommend.
I started working for Saince in Sept 2017. I have been able to get the schedule I want without any problem. The work is interesting, all psychiatry, and there is a lot of it. It has been well over a year since we have had any out of work situation on my shift. I am part of the QA team and my teammates are intelligent, professional, and supportive. The company pays on time and as promised.
