I saw Molly Dale for my yearly women's exam. Appointment was easy to make, the nurse was sweet. Molly made me feel at ease, cared for, and heard as a patient. Grateful for her bedside manner and for the medical advice she gave me. Jen did my labs today and she was WONDERFUL. Funny, thorough, compassionate! She found my vein so quickly (usually a bust) and I genuinely didn't feel the prick or any pain whilst she filled up several vials. The kind lady at the front desk is always very welcoming. Highly recommend!
They are good at what they do. I just don't care for the times that the doc is in. These docs work elsewhere, and mostly 3 days a week at Riverside location. They do have virtual visits, but I'm old school, I perfer physical touch and seeing face to face. I don't see anyone there, I only take my granddaughter there because they are close by to our neighborhood. My granddaughter likes going there, so whatever makes her happy, then I'm happy. Dr Malkus and his staff are very caring and informative, he listens and makes the visit very pleasant and the nurses are a great help I'm glad we found this office love dr malkus
