I needed some parts for my boat and I called and left 4 voicemails over two weeks. I did not get a call back at all. I drove to their “store” and saw it was a house. Do yourself a favour and shop at a place where they treat it like a business. UPDATE: I do leave my phone number on every voicemail. I do not assume call display will result in a return call. But that was an interesting response three years later.
I dealt with Jim, he went out of his way to make himself available after business hours, just to sell me a $4.50 shackle. Now my sister and I will be able to go for a sail this Canada day weekend. Thanks Jim !!
