Captain Tony was an excellent instructor for our 101 sailing course. Very thorough and patient with a lot of knowledge to share and fun sailing stories to keep you engaged. He explained things multiple times in diagrams and on the water as well as allowed plenty of practice so I felt prepared to take the certification test. Visiting from Portland, OR and had a great day sailing on the Chesapeake. Captain Jim was super friendly and knowledable. Helped me learn new things about sailing a Beaneteau 34, docking, and the local knowledge of the area. Super easy to manage arrangements with with Sail Time and feel fortunate for the great wind and sun before the thunderstorms came through.
We took the ASA 101 course and loved it! Captain Yvonne is the best. It was a good mix of classroom instruction and on the water training. I now feel prepared to take the boat out and to keep building on this basic set of skills.
