A truly excellent company! I own one of their sewing machines and it is awesome! Very high quality, and It handles everything I need it to do. I have also ordered various items from their website. The prices are great, and the shipping times are surprisingly fast. Not to mention well packaged too. I have no complaints with Sailrite whatsoever!

Shopping was excellent!! It takes a little work to get the machine set up and ready but to me that is a plus! It gives you a little better understanding how the machine works and for someone who has hand sewn all my leather projects almost 60 years I needed that!! I've sewn very little with it at this time as it is a little intimidating for someone that has never sewn on a machine before!! I can tell with what little I've done that this is a awesome piece of equipment!!!

I ordered last October 8 and I already received my order Oct. 17, 2019 thank you. Customer service respond fast on my inquiry though we have time difference, will order again. I ordered HH-66 vinyl glue in two one-gallon cans. One of the cans was crushed at the corner, but thankfully, not leaking. The other was in good condition. Throwing two gallon cans into a box and putting in three plastic pillows on top, is not sufficient to avoid breakage. On the other hand, the shipment arrived in better than expected time. And Sailrite's price was better than what I could find on Amazon, once price and shipping costs were calculated. Would I order from Sailrite again? The products we have received have been top quality and lasting material. The tools, although a bit pricey, but of good quality. We use Sailrite for pretty much all our upholstery needs.
