I’ve lived here almost 2 years . I’m very pleased with the facility and the office staff. They are always welcoming and very prompt to any solve a concern that I may have . Anytime I ever needed someone to come and check anything they are here usually that day. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is very nice. This location is great. I would recommend Sailpointe at the Lake….

I love the staff! Verrry helpful🩷 The apartments are well planned. The kitchen is accessible to women. Amazing, right? Love the fireplace too. I’ve never had so much storage! Being so near Lake Norman is like a piece of heaven. Walking my dog along LN is a zen experience. I look forward to summer here because of all the mature trees. My email account name is different from my rental account name. My rental account name is Diane Renee Watkins. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Nothing, and I mean, NOTHING has gone right with this place. They had my move in date wrong; my deposit amount was wrong, my monthly rental payment was wrong. My Wi-Fi didn't work.
