We recently moved out after 1 year at Sailpointe. I’m not going to bore you with a long paragraph so here is a pros and cons list below. This place is only convenient for people with a boat to dock. Other than that, besides the location, this apartment complex is ran down and I would not recommend. Pros: - Hello Sailor - Lake View Location - Proximity to Davidson/Downtown Cornelius - Boat storage (in water/out) - Garages (6 mo. Or 12 mo.) - Dock - Good maintenance team. Great immediate response for my broken AC. Travis knew exactly what the problem was and I had AC back in under an hour.
One room is very expensive. At that price, it's not worth it. We used to pay up to $1,450. Now it's $1,700. I don't know how much it'll be next month. The stairs are cleaned once a year.
