Clean and easy move in.
The maintenance staff responded quickly to the initial issue which has been recurring for about 3 months now (a/c leak wetting up the carpet). This time, they determined that the leak was not in my unit. It came from the units above me. They brought a fan to dry my carpet again & said they would come repair the water damage done to my baseboards & ceiling. Although it is quite old, many of the appliances have problems, especially the dishwasher, door locks and clothes dryers. But there is something in particular that is ridiculously scary and is the attention of the administrative staff, really they are the worst starting with the manager, Mrs. Sandra, totally unfriendly, I do not recommend this place at all, and by the way the packages of the purchases made are lost at every moment and nobody from the staff gives you support to be able to get them.
