I always have an exceptionally good experience when coming to Sailors Bay whether it's for a clean, consult, or something more major. The reception team are proactive and friendly (I've even seen them make cups of tea for people in the waiting room) and the chairside manner of the clinical staff is excellent. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
Impeccable service with a lovely team. The ladies on the front desk were kind and the dental team were extremely professional and competent answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable at every step. Overall a pleasant experience.

Recently, Dr Bradley Moore performed my wisdom teeth extractions exceptionally well. He’s a true expert in the procedure and communicates clearly. During our initial consultation, he explained everything in a kind and understandable way, making me feel comfortable about the extraction. Later, he quickly completed the procedure, which took just 15 minutes, under sedation with an anaesthetist. I experienced no swelling and only minimal pain for a few days. Highly recommend.
The team here is amazing. I used to panic at the dentist, but Ros, Tanya and Gev have really helped me be able to show up for my teeth. I can't overstate how great the whole team at Sailors Bay Dentistry is.
