I have been going to Popeyes from coast to coast. Most are good. But in Miami they are the worst. I was in the Hollywood Fl store today 3/18/26 and I ordered 12 pieces of mild. Drove away and took a bite and it was spicy. I went back and the women was yelling at me that I was wrong. I have never gotten good service from any Popeyes in south Florida. Horrible company. Have tried contacting corporate many times but no one ever picks up the phone, for any of the extensions.
Every franchise I've been into ran by Sailormen hasn't been a good experience. Typically not clean, mismanaged, rude. They should have more oversight of their locations
Very unprofessional. Even their district managers don't answer questions about problems at their franchises.
